Chick Corea
Chick Corea (1941-2021) was a pianist, composer and pioneer of jazz fusion. His virtuosity and creativity made him one of the most influential figures in modern jazz.
After collaborating with Miles Davis on key albums such as In a Silent Way and Bitches Brew, he founded Return to Forever, one of the most emblematic bands of jazz fusion, with albums such as Romantic Warrior.
Throughout his career, he explored a wide variety of styles, from Latin jazz to classical music, with iconic compositions such as Spain and 500 Miles High. Winner of more than 20 Grammy Awards, his legacy continues to inspire musicians around the world.
